THE INSPECTION.
Our inspection is a comprehensive physical examination. It is designed to identify possible hazards. Our inspections are non-invasive, purely a visual inspection and are ideally designed to pick up any failing in the systems, plumbing, structures, electrical and other components of the building as they exist at the time of inspection. We also conduct an extensive moisture test throughout the dwelling.
